- Diet
Your Pets Diet Matters!
Please bring with you your own dogs food , we will feed your dog as your daily routine and quantity required . we have fridges and freezers should you need to bring fresh, frozen or raw food. please bring any treats you require for them Also any medications, we are happy to administer any medication that your dogs may need throughout their stay with us.
- Bedding
The Perfect Bed For Your Pet!
Freshly laundered bedding and beds are supplied, as standard, for all of our guests, but if your pets prefer to bring their own we will be happy to make them comfortable.
We would appreciate bedding being supplied for any mischievous pets; however, we can supply our own bedding on the understanding that replacement cost will be passed on.


- Vaccinations
Making Sure Your Pet is Safe!
Kennel cough – is a live vaccine and when administered your dog must be two weeks clear before coming into kennels.
All dogs must have regular flea and worming treatments.
In the interest of keeping your pets healthy and maintaining our own high standards, we require: Up to date vaccination certificates, including Kennel Cough
All certificates must be supplied prior to accepting your pet for their holiday booking
Please note that pets cannot be accepted without upto date vaccination certificates. Please ensure that your pet has been treated for fleas and other insects within two weeks of arrival

08:30 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday
09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Sunday and Bank Holidays
Please note we are closed at lunchtime 12 - 1:30pm
so no collections and drop off's between this time.
Open Bank Holidays
Closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day for Drop offs and Collections.
