At the time of booking, we will require you to give us sufficient information to allow us to take good care of your dog. when visiting Storwood Boarding Kennels. This will include name, breed, sex, age, and date of vaccination.

All pets must be on a collar and lead upon arrival.

Prices are per day and include the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Pet carriers should be taken home or, if left, are at owners’ risk.

While pets boarded at Storwood Kennels receive every care and attention, they are boarded entirely at the risk of the owner. Storwood Kennels does not accept any liability. Should any dog fall ill during their holiday we reserve the right to call in a Veterinary Surgeon and act on their advice, unless alternative instructions have been provided, in writing, by the owner. Any expenses incurred are to be met by the pet’s owner, unless covered by insurance.

In the interest of other guests, no pet suffering from any infectious or contagious disease, or who appears to be ill in any way, can be accepted as a guest.

In the event that a pet is collected before the end of their holiday, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booking.

The full boarding fee must be paid before your pet/s may be collected.

All pets must have valid vaccination certificates for the duration of their stay.

PROOF OF VACCINATIONS MUST BE PRODUCED ON ARRIVAL.

All pets must be treated for fleas, ticks and worms within 2 weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to administer appropriate treatments should we believe it necessary. The cost will be passed on to the owner.
